great location with tasty breakfast

The location near Ontario beach was fantastic, providing easy access without high rates. The breakfast selection was delightful and satisfying, with hot meals prepared well. I appreciated the friendly demeanor of the front desk staff, making check-in pleasant. Overall, the hotel offered a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for families. A lovely pond behind the hotel made for a peaceful stroll during our stay.

However, the noise level in the hallways was disruptive at times.

The room was clean and well-equipped, but the pool was unclean with floating hair.

We had a wonderful time exploring North Ponds Park, especially the beautiful walking trails which were perfect for the kids. The room was remarkably clean and the breakfast was top-notch—far beyond our expectations for selection and quality!

In my wife's opinion, the pool area could be improved for family fun.

We had a fantastic group trip! The hotel was clean, and the beds were super comfy. We visited the Eastman House and Gardens, which was amazing, and had a great time at North Ponds Park for some outdoor fun. Highly recommend this spot for its great location and friendly service.

However, breakfast could use improvement. we missed the Cinnabon, which was a bummer. They should definitely bring those back!

Our family enjoyed a cozy night in a spacious room. The nearby walking trails were a pleasant surprise. However, breakfast service was chaotic, and sound insulation was lacking with noisy neighbors at night. I recommend earplugs and not relying solely on the breakfast choices.

Mmm, the breakfast spread was legit—hot, tasty, and a full spread worth raving about! Plus, the staff vibes were on point, always polite. Can't forget about that beautiful pond right behind the hotel—perfect for a peaceful stroll!

But oh boy, the breakfast attendant was a whole mood, swearing at guests over restocking food—yikes! And the walls are basically paper, making it a bit tough to catch some z's with all the hallway chaos.
